The strongest of two M-class flares observed during last 24 hours was M1.4 flare (peaked at 07:49 UT today) from the Catania sunspot group 41 (NOAA AR 1900). We expect C-class flares and M-class flares, in particular from Catania sunspot groups 45, 41 and 38 (NOAA ARs 1897, 1900 and 1893, respectively). The X-class flares are possible but not very probable.Earth is currently inside of a fast flow with a speed of about 550 km/s. The fast flow is associated with the low-latitude coronal hole in the northern hemisphere. The interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is about 10 nT. The geomagnetic conditions are quiet and expected to remain so during the following hours.
